Overview

Managing Trust Center updates is easy and can be done from the Trust Center Updates tab. This tab includes two levels:

  1. Topics, which represent a categorized group of related messages

  2. Updates, which are the individual messages within a topic

You will have the ability to take the following actions on any published topics. All of these options are visible when you click on the three-dot icon at the far right of any existing topic:

  • Edit

  • Hide

  • Pin

  • Delete

Edit a Trust Center Topic

Click the three-dot icon at the far right of any existing topic, and then click Edit.

You will have the same options as you did when creating the original topic. Make your edits then select Save topic in the bottom right.

Hide a Trust Center Topic

Click on the Hide icon if you want to hide the Trust Center topic from your public Trust Center.

When hidden, a Trust Center topic will display the Hide icon, and be grayed out.

Pin a Trust Center Topic

Click on the Pin icon to pin a Trust Center topic to the top of the published Trust Center Updates section. This will apply both internally and on your public Trust Center.

Once pinned, the Pin icon will be visible on the topic and it will move to the top.

Delete a Trust Center Topic

Click on the Delete icon to delete a Trust Center topic from your Trust Center.

Note: individual updates within a topic cannot be deleted in the UI, but can be deleted via the API. Read more about working with the SafeBase API here.

Topics can be deleted in both areas.
