The SafeBase team created this high-level checklist to guide our customers through the process of preparing to launch a Trust Center.
Initial Onboarding Steps:
Upload content to the Trust Center - Document Library
Complete an onboarding kick-off call (if on SafeBase Advanced or Enterprise)
Customers on the Foundation package can sign up for our bi-weekly onboarding session here (optional---you can keep moving without attending this session, but many find it useful!)
Complete Main Onboarding & Integrations Tasks:
If you are a Drata customer, make the Drata connection (optional) to pull in your policies, ready controls and company info
SAML SSO (optional) - Setting Up SAML
Custom URL - Setting up a Custom URL for your Trust Center
Trust Center Branding:
logo - PNG, 170px wide by 30px highfavicon - ICO, 16px x 16px or 32px x 32px
opengraph (social media thumbnails) - PNG, 1200px wide by 627px high
optional URL for when visitors click logo
single primary color
single primary font
Branded email notifications (Advanced and Enterprise packages) - Branded Emails/Signatures
Provide primary color hex code and a hi-res company logo
Set a default NDA provider (Docusign, Ironclad for Advanced and Enterprise; Clickwrap for all plans)- Configuring your NDA
Confirm your Access Request Rules - Access Request Flow
Configure your CRM Integration (if on SafeBase Advanced or Enterprise)
