Initial Steps
Upload content to the Trust Center
This is the most important step, follow the guidance here for uploading content to the Document Library
For Advanced & Enterprise Plans
Complete an onboarding kick-off call
Customers will meet with their dedicated CSM & Solutions Architect to make introductions and launch their onboarding plan.
For Foundation+ Plans
Sign up for our bi-weekly onboarding session here.
While completely optional, many find it useful!
Alternatively customers can rely on our self serve help articles and support chat to keep moving without attending these sessions
Main Onboarding & Integrations Tasks
Populate & Link Content in the Trust Center
Get familiar with the Trust Center Editor and linking content to items.
Utilize AI Powered content generation to populate item descriptions
Note: This may not be immediately available for use as time is required to index freshly added content for use by our AI tools.
For Drata customers, make the Drata connection (optional) this will import policies, ready controls and company info into the Trust Center.
Set Branding
Follow this Trust Center Branding Guide to customize the look and feel of the Trust Center to match company branding. This includes but not limited to:
Company Logo & Favicon
Open-graph Image (social media thumnail)
Primary company colors
Custom Fonts
Trust Center Banner
Integrations
SAML SSO - This is optional but highly recommended. Once set up, SCIM is available for Advanced and Enterprise Plans.
Custom URL - This is the public facing "trust.company.com" that becomes available to the world, and how customers navigate to the public Trust Center
Branded Email notifications - All transactional emails sent from the Trust Center to customers can be branded with a primary color and hi-res company logo
Configure a Default NDA - Our built in Clickwrap NDA is available for all plans. Docusign & Ironclad are available for Advanced and Enterprise Plans
Configure Access Request Flow - For automated approval, blocking requests, etc
Configure CRM Integration - Only for Advanced & Enterprise Plans
Drata - Sync Drata content to the Trust Center
Slack - Sends Trust Center notifications to designated slack channel and enables Trust Center interactions from directly in slack
JIRA - Push access request notifications to JIRA
Launch the Trust Center
Final review of the Trust Center before go-live
Utilize the Rollout Toolkit
Publish the public facing Custom URL
Announce the Launch of the Trust Center - Templates
